I don’t normally rate a company 5 stars, because nobody is perfect, but these guys did a wonderful job. Carlos their sales person was knowledgeable and courteous. The office staff was extremely helpful and very friendly and the installers were on time and did a great job. Even the county inspector said, “Wow, these guys did a great job!” That’s the first time I’ve ever heard an inspector give his personal opinion on a job. We are so happy with the service and the unit installed. Carlos, the sales representative, was very attentive to our needs at the time. He knew exactly what we needed for our a/c concerns. Air conditioners can create a lot of water because they remove moisture from the air. To get rid of this, they have a [usually plastic] drain pipe that comes out of the side of the air handler. Over time, algae can block this pipe and, when it does, the AC won’t work. In fact, some condensate drains have a float switch that won’t let the AC run if water backs-up.
